For single-line phones:

• 设置:
  • Lift h和set
  • 刻度盘 *3 和 wait for special dial tone (fast busy)
  • 刻度盘 number to forward to exactly as you would dial it, such as 9-1-323-123-4567
  • Wait for service set tone (high-pitched tone) 和 hang up
• To CANCEL:
  • Lift h和set
  • 拨# 3
  • Wait for service set tone (high-pitched tone) 和 hang up

For multi-line phones, you can do the same or:

• 设置:
  • 新闻 SPEAKER 和 press the FDA soft key.
  • 刻度盘 number to forward to exactly as you would dial it, such as 9-1-323-123-4567
  • After a pause the LCD will show SET.
  • 新闻 SPEAKER to go back on hook.
  • The FDA soft key will show a * to indicate it is active.
• TO CANCEL:
  • 新闻 SPEAKER 和 press the FDA soft key.
  • 刻度盘 * to cancel. (CANCEL will display in LCD.)
  • 新闻 SPEAKER to go back on hook.

To access your new voicemail box you'll first need to complete the system setup:

• 调用x4000 or dial 323-341-4000 from off-campus
• 输入 0000 as the default security code
• Set up your new security code
• Next record your name (First 和 Last name)
• Lastly you'll be asked to set up your new voicemail greeting

If you've already set up your voicemail box 和 cannot access it please contact the Technology Helpdesk at helpdesk@tbc007.net or 323-259-2880.

Yes, this setting can be changed through your 语音信箱 Phone Manager options:

• 表盘x4000 or 323-341-4000
• 输入 your security code
• 新闻 3 to access the Phone Manager options
• 新闻 2 for Messaging options
• 新闻 5 to change the message presentation options
• 新闻 1 to order your messages on a First-in, First-Out basis

That shortcut option can be set up in the same way as your other speed dial keys:

• 新闻 功能
• 按下 center cursor key
• 刻度盘 4000
• 新闻 功能
• "Speed Set" will appear on the top LCD screen
