Nutrition counseling and education services are offered free to Oxy students by Emmons Wellness Center. Melissa Ireland, RD is available by appointment to meet with individuals or groups on Wednesdays from 9am - 12:30pm. If you have questions or concerns about any nutrition issue, please contact emmons@tbc007.net to set up an appointment. Topics may include balancing a vegetarian diet, disordered eating patterns, food intolerance or allergies, weight loss, gain or maintenance, or health issues, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, or anemia.

Contact Associate Director Robert Starec at coolerrs@tbc007.net or (323) 259-2629 for consultation on menu ingredients. If your diet is gluten free, you may also consult the Oxy GF guides (above), or the Gluten Free Resource Directory (below).
